KIBO-HOPE
In Japanese, Kibo (希望 -kibō) means "hope, wish, or aspiration," symbolizing optimism and belief in the future, derived from characters meaning "desire/rarity" (希) and "to look ahead/wish" (望).
Where I'm from
Located in central Japan, Gifu ceramics are made using high-quality local clay rich in minerals, which gives each piece its natural warmth, subtle colour variations, and durable, earthy character.
